This book measures 8" x 8" and has 43 pages. This books binding variants were paper over boards with suede leather spine and full suede as seen above. This book is not listed in McKenna. Because my copy is also signed by the author and not listed in McKenna's bibliography, it’s reasonable to assume this book was a vanity edition, but that assumption is belied by this variant binding. If the author commissioned this book’s publication, and paid for it, why would he order it in different bindings?
